Hi, Ive been having a constant ache kindof feeling in my
stomach since like 2 weeks. And it hasnt been all the time. It
sort of comes and goes. I dont feel good after eating food. I
have this wierd feeling in my stomach as if somethings not
right. maybe like a burning sensation but its more like a very
shitty feeling as if I dont have the right kind of food in my
stomach..as if its not getting digested okay... The pain most
of the time is not too much at all but my stomach just doesnt
feel right. In these 2 weeks Ive had extreme pain twice which
lasted for like half an hour. Now I havent been eating to
well...I mean I wouldnt eat till noon and then Ill have a late
dinner and Ive been having a lot of junk food too but even
days when I have proper food I have this problem. This is very
new to me as Ive never had this experience before. Ive been
irregular with my food before but this hasnt happened. Im
male, 21 and I smoke and drink occasionally. Im also not
tolerant to too much lactose or protein but even having too
much of that doesnt give me stomach aches. I definitely dont
have constipation and my motions are more or less okay. Id
really appreciate if someone can give me suggestions. I know
stomach aches are a hard subject to give advice on but maybe
this is a common occurence. Thanks a lot,

You need to see a physician and get an evaluation. There's no
way you can adequately be assessed over the internet. Please
call for an appointment ASAP.

It could be appendicitis. You might want to try removing your
appendix, and, if that doesn't help, see a doctor.

A lot of people associate bowel pains as being stomach pains.
Is it in your lower abdomen area or do you think it's actually
coming from your stomach?

Hi, When I was a kid I got intestinal parasites. I think my
parents gave me a deworming medicince and Ive been okay
eversince. The symptoms this time are very similar to last
time. Is it possible that I have worms again?? Im 21. Does
anyone know of a good deworming medicine?? Is it a
prescription medicine or OTC. Thanks a tonne, Ash

Why don't you just go to the doctor? I have done hundreds of
Ova and Parasite examinations on human feces in my line of
work over the years, and people who have NOT been out of the
country or camping (drinking water that hasn't been treated or
boiled) really have a pretty low incidence of parasites in the
US. The most common parasite in the US is Giardia lamblia,
which is a protozoa, not a worm. If you had worms as a kid,
they were probably pinworms (Enterobius vermicularis) which
are of higher incidence in children and not commonly found in
adults very often, at least in the US.

GO TO THE DOCTOR. Quit fooling around with this. He/she can
order a stool O&P exam if it will make you feel any better.

What kind of medicine did you get when you were a kid? And,
how old were you when you were infected?

Black walnut, wormwood, and cloves are supposedly good
for deworming. Wormwood is thought to be potentially
dangerous though.
