I just started back to the gym this past Wednesday (8/07/02). I did the elliptical machine for 50 minutes, but the first 20 were more of a warm-up. I haven't been in so long that my heart was wanting to go but my muscles had other thoughts. Still, about 25 minutes in my THR, and 5 min. cool down. Plus stretching. It felt great. I'm proud of myself because it is soooooo hard to recommitt to exercise after a long absence. Today is Friday, and I hope to go tonight. I can't go tomorrow so I need to make the effort for today.
