Don't look in pharmacies, look in specialty shops. I hear
Twinlabs makes a good one in your part of the globe. The
markers I look for in a good multi are: 150-200 IU of E (even
better if it's mixed tocopherols), 250 mg or so if C, 50 mg
of B complex, 1 mg of folic acid, a good spread of minerals,
and NO IRON.
