Okay guys, This summer I worked hard to lose weight. Maybe did
some stupid stuff, eating low low levels of Calories while Low
Carbing all while attending my summer football workouts. Well
I lost weight, I'm down to 125 Pounds. However, now that the
actuall Football season is here I have a problem.. I'm going
to need to fuel my body the best I can when it comes to
Tackling and increased intense practices. I've weight lifted
all summer, so I don't need advice on that. However I do need
complete nutritional advice. I am at a total loss. I need
websites or your own information on what I SHOULD/MUST/GOT TO
eat during the day leading to my football practice. However,
while I want to fuel my body to optimal performance I don't
want to Put on flab or inches on my stomach. I worked hard to
lose the fat and I don't want to put it back on. So please
guys, I need real help on what are the Needed Foods and the
Foods I should stay away from.

Thanks a bunch, Shiz

Once upon a time, our fellow TheShizMcNit rambled on about
"Fueling my Body for Highschool Football." Our champion
De-Medicalizing in sci.med.nutrition retorts, thusly ...

Excuse me?

You felt the need to lose weight, so you now weigh only
125 pounds?

Hello! How many pro-football players weigh 125 pounds?

Am I missing something here? Could you be only 3 foot tall?

Hark! My private health newsgroup beckons!
