Hello everybody!
I am on Atkins, day 15 and suddenly I feel like I have lost my way. I can not even think what food I should eat. I am so confused can somebody please post afew daily suggestions so that I can get going again!!

You've done real well in 15 days, so give yourself a thumbs up :thup:
Go back to the basics........you can have any pure meat or fish product........you can't have bread, pasta, starchy vegtables or fruit.
What exactly is giving you trouble :q:
You know, don't like to cook, can't decide if something has carbs, bad cravings, etc.......we will help you ;)

Marie do you have your Atkins book handy? I have been on program 50 days but I still read something out of my book every day .... I want to know the program by heart.....
If you are lossing your way my suggestion is go back to induction and make sure you journal and drink your water .. If you journal there is no doubt what you are eatting and you can check your carb count and your veggie intake and journal your water .... I have done this for 50 days a nd its become my second nature I dont crave or desire high carb foods .... You can do it !! Dont give up!!
