I got this recipe from a friend who is not LC-ing nor ever has.


2 Tbls Butter
1 6oz can pink salmon drained (chicken of the sea)
1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
1 cup water
2-3 Tbls heavy cream (you can use more if you like)

melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. add salmon. stir and let cook 1 to 2 mins. add bouillon cube and water. heat until water boils or bouillon cube is dissolved. add cream. heat to desired temp. enjoy!!

Sometimes I add 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. A dash of onion powder is really good also.

I have also omitted the salmon and added 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar. Making it cheddar soup. Also delicious!!
