I have been low-carbing for almost a year and I have put together an excel spreadsheet of VERY basic info on the things that I buy when i shop and eat at home. If you would like a copy please email me and i will send this out to you with my good-wishes. Please note that I am English so a few of the things may be unusual to other members.

Please note that this is only an indication of what i eat and this does not mean that you should copy for, all low carb diets should be customised to each individual, I have also posted this in a few other places in the forums where I feel that other people may benefit.
