Hi,
Is chicken marsala acceptable on this plan. I ususally use flour to coat the chicken but I don't think I would have to. Does anyone make this. I would love your recipe.

Hmmm....I'd avoid the flour - you could substitute soy flour if you felt it was absolutely necessary. Your sauce will probably be thinner ... but then so will you!!!!
