WOO-HOO!!! Today is the last day of my CKD. It has been 5 weeks and I lost 15 lbs. I also lost 2 inches off my waist!! I have gained muscle too because I have been lifting. I think the numbers are great but I am more happy about the way I feel about myself. I took my after pics this morning and WOW--what a difference! Now, I can go to Hawaii and be happy in a bikini! I will definitely post the before and after pics when I get back from my trip. No more CKD (cyclical ketogenic diet) but now it is into the maintenance phase of things.
I wanted to thank everyone here for all their support. I love reading your posts and many of them have helped me out tremendously! Talk to you all again when I get back from Hawaii!!
