My WOE sounds very much in line with what he prescribes to have healthy skin. Although I don't eat salmon as often as he suggests. :) Victoria

Wow! His plan sounds exactly like our lc plans...exactly. The protein the fats and the good carb veggies! Thanks for posting it, Victoria. It's just one more confirmation that we are on the right track!
