Hi......just found this board a couple of days ago & was happy to find it! I needed to find some Canadian low carbers and it looks like I did! I have been low carbing since April,1998.I wasn't going at it seriously but now the time has come.I post usually at Barbo's Kitchen!
I hope I may joinyour group!
