Where in Vancouver/North Vancouver can I buy soy protein flour isolate and soya low fat flour?

I don't think save-on-food sells it, health food stores maybe?

Not sure if you have GNC stores...but that's where I buy mine...their brand name.... It comes in different flavours as well....i.e. natural, vanilla..etc.

Vitamin/bodybuilding stores like GNC have soy protien isolate and also whey protein, which some people like better. They come in various flavours for making shakes with, but I'd rather use them in baking (don't like the shakes, blecch). Check for carbs.

Health food stores ought to have soy flour, oat flour, wheat gluten, psyllium husks, and other LC staples. If you're ever in the West End, Galloway's on Denman and Nelson has everything you'll need, and so does Caper's on Robson and Bidwell.

There is a Capers location in West Van too. Downtown, Choices Market at Davie and I think? Seymour.
