Good news for me! I made my target dropping from 191 to 155 in about 3.5 months on induction. Total 36lbs.

That was my first target that I tried to make realistic. I weighed 134lbs out of college in 1978. Would it be realistic to lose weight to achieve 134 (5'9")? Well many people said - don't do that. I actually look better with my face filled out a little. So I picked 155. But I will tell you after I lost 10 lbs the thought of losing another 26 lbs was downright intimidating!

So here I am and the interesting thing to note is I have just started OWL. I still have a roll of fat around my belly and under my chin so I am trying to decide my next goal or target. One idea is to weigh 155 with all my clothes (4lb) - so that will be another 4 lbs down to 151. I can also envision trying for 145. This next phase will be OWL and slower weight loss. Stay tuned.

Again I wish everybody success and I will do whatever I can humbly do to maybe see something that will help some of you!

I will later post some details of what did and one thing is I included calorie reduction with induction. I dropped the carbs and did not go out of my way to increase the fat and protein. I ate the same portions of meat and fat. So I dropped as much as 100-150 gms of sugar out and did not replace those calories.

Good Luck! :spin:
