Just kidding...
My next goal is to get to 175 before I leave the island in September (Stationed in Okinawa Japan). I am doing great, and think I actually may get there by then, but that is a whole lotta weight to lose in 3 1/2 months. Woo hoo... It can happen, but if not, I know I am still eating right...
What is your next goal?
Thanks to all of you who replied too! yall make me feel so good!

Didn't I say in my last post?? Any day, a 100-number? WTG. You're working really hard at this, so you've earned all the accolades. The fat isn't falling off by itself.
I think 175 by September is reasonable, given your activity level, although I recall you saying somewhere you'll also be travelling for a month before you get back stateside. That might be a challenge, but if anyone can do it, I KNOW that you can!
Lub yer new pic too!

Hi Debbie:
Congratulations on your weight loss and keep up the good work. Patience and a bright positive attitude sure goes a long way on this WOE. You seem to have both. Your picture sure looks great.

Debbie, the difference in your new pic is way more than 20 lbs! Must be all that exercise. It's like -35lbs fat + 15 lbs muscle, which makes you much leaner.
Have you taken measurements? You've done wonderful! :)
