Hey wussy,
You make think that the following is stupid and sucky, but if you consider each line carefully, it does have a grounding effect on your psyche and it sounds like that is what you need right now.
It's used in 12 Step programs...
just for today, I will let go of anger.
just for today, I will let go of worry.
just for today, I will give thanks for my many blessings.
just for today, I will do my work honestly.
just for today, I will be kind to my neighbor and every living thing.
And I would add:
just for today, I will low-carb honestly.
It's may not be as hard as you think because it's "just for today". Using that perspective makes the days turn into weeks pretty quickly. ;)

:o Ok you can do it. I know how you feel, but you can do it. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Karen's idea was great, just keep repeating it.
I have been discourged also, but just get back on and don't look back. I have been on 3 weeks and have just now turned purple on my ketone check. It was like forever.
You have all of us behind you on this site, just go ahead, 1 day at a time, starting tomorrow.
You will not be hungry on this WOE , you may have cravings but try some sugar free Pudding, the kind you cook. It really helps especially chocolate.
Come on you can do it.
