Is the morning cardio necessary when doing ckd? or can I do the cardio after my workout, which is around 3pm. I am a college student and I have early morning classes so it would be hard for me to do the morning cardio, but if i have to I will. Also, does the book Body Opyus give a detailed description on how to do the ckd program? After reading the book will I be able to set up my own program and get started?

take care,
Geoffrey

-Cardio first thing in the morning would be the 'ideal' approach. However, cardio after working out is the next best thing.

-Yes. Some may say it's too detailed (i.e. 'with all the plumbing').

If you haven't read it, check out the AM CARDIO thread in the GENERAL EXERCISE forum. It's long, but there is alot of good info in it.
