Um, well.... :blush: I kinda rested on Sunday....I only did a 1/2 hour :D At least I'm not doing the 2 hour (or more sessions)
Remember how someone was teasing me about getting the DDR? Well, that someone is using it when I'm not home. He had to put the pad away when I came home... :lol: I told him that I don't care if he uses it...I'm glad he likes it! :lol: Silly boy!

yesterday, we worked in the yard cutting up the trees that fell or were felled. I was out there working, hauling, cutting trees and stacking the wood to burn or the wood to be recycles into piles. Also, we dug up the bean fences(3) and preped the garden for tilling. I may even get the lawn mowed this week :D
The yead has looks like do do for since last summer with the septic problems and then the trees broken by the ice storm...it will be nice to get things looking better again. It has been so depressing to look out there.
I am posting this here because I am sooooo sore from all the yard work.
Workout:
5 hours cutting and hualing (by hand) trees, branches, sticks, ect...

okay, not new, but more focused. This is still in the thinking stage, but I really want to get strong and feel comfortable in my own skin. I'm not comfortable or strong anymore. I though I was going to die trying to lift the truck canopy a few days ago. The last time I lifted it I was in killer shape and it wasn't a problem. So, I'm thinking for this week I will do:
GG each day
DDR or walking each day
15 minutes(or more Kenpo) each day
Lift weights 3 times per week

forgot to add in that this will be 5 days per week with one day optional and one day manditory rest. Knowing me DDR can get addictive. I'm not going to put times on the walking or DDR....I know that if I get going that will be long enough. Gives me some freedom...

okay, I'm not noticing the ankle because of the ncek/shoulder thing going on now <sigh> It even hurts to move my arms. DH rubbed my back/neck last night....I think that helped some. It's better than it was, but still not good :(

well, I've had heating of some sort on my neck/shoulders all day....I think it's helping. I'm pretty sure it was all steming from the front of my neck possibly pulling the clavicle and a rib out....not good

DDR the past 3 days....about 515 ,500, and 200 calories...maybe more on the 200 because I did quite a few missions in the mission mode...
okay that mode really freaked me when they scrolled the arrows backwars and some didn't last to the top...LOL I guess it does make you better eventually. I though it was going to be easy when it was missions like don't flunk this song....LOL

It's pretty fun...it's at least different that DDRMAX2 I'm still unlocking stuff....not sure, but I may like the music better in the old one....we'll see....LOL
I keep flunking the challenge mode...it's a 4 mis step and you flun mode...and good is a misstep...LOL :help:

My first workout in a long time. Turbojam "Learn and Burn". It's about 20 minutes of kickboxing like workout. It was enough to start with. On a funny note...she described how to do a sidethrust kick better than my old teacher. Or maybe I just know how already...I just remember it taking me so long to get it.

I jsut have to note here that I'm almost too sore to move. It's hard to get up because I'm sore and weak. Not sure if it was the workout, the moving furniture, cleaning, getting over being sick or some combination of all or some of those. Whatever it is I'm sore!!!!

My feet still hurt, but I did get some inserts to tide me over until I can get new shoes. I just hope I can find them!
My calves still feel weird, but I'm still convinced that it's the medication. Ug! I hate my medication!

Yesterday I walked 2/3 mile and then I weedeated the "yard" for 2 hours. I got 1/2 of the front done.
