1 year results!

Today is the first anniversary of measuring myself. (Unfortunately I had been doing Atkins for nearly a month before I found this board and was advised to measure myself. So, I don't know how many inches were lost during the 1st month.)

Here are my 1 year results:

Weight lost: 30 pounds
Inches lost:
Bust: 5 inches
Chest: 1.5 inches
Upper arms: 2.5 inches
Waist: 6.5 inches
Hips: 5.0 inches
Thighs: 10 inches
Calves: 3 inches
Total: 33.5 inches

This is amazing to me!!! I want to thank everyone on this board for all of the wonderful support and advice you have given me during the year. Your support kept me going during the long stalls when it seemed like nothing was happening. Without your help I would have given up. I know that I could not have done it without you!

That's great!! A lot of people would think 30 pounds doesn't seem like much in a year, but look at those measurements! Wow, 10 inches off your thighs? I'm so jealous. You're a great example of why to measure and not go by the scale alone. Congratulations and Happy Anniversary!!
