Hey guys! I just purchased 1000 capsules of flax seed oil from kilosports.com to use with my CKD diet. Now, if they are 1000mg of flax seed oil per capsule how many capsules should I take per day to get 218 grms of fat? 218 capsules??? Damn! That can't be right :(

don't try to take in all of your fat by flax oil. IT will cause an Omega-3 imbalance.

Use 10 - 20 grams per day, split over the course of the day with your meals.
