Here in Puerto Rico we have albondigas which means meatballs , but not the italian way .We prepare them in a very oily sauce with different condiments. I had an order of those in a local rest yesterday with just maybe two letucce leaves .After the meal i felt sleepy maybe because i just workout a half hour before ,but i felt sleep all day.I knew something was wrong .I went back to the
restaurant today and ask the cook how she prepared those albondigas. Theres the trap .The sauce is basicly canned tomato
sauce and oil, but the meatballs are mixed with flour so they will stay rounded and keep the little ball shape. So that sugar ingestion cause ME to feel weird all day yesterday.Today I will kick my a#*~ at the gym for that. So please beware those hidden sugars can be anywhere.
