hi all

just wondering, i'm still really new to the CKD approach. I try to read up on it here in the forum alot. I ordered both books, and will be receiving them by tomorrow. But i was curious to know something. Is a CKD plan used for a certain period of time.. ie until u've lost most of the fat you intended on losing?? What do u do when u reach your goal bodyfat level? Do you go back to an atkins like diet longterm? thanks for your time

No, it's not used for a 'long-term' period of time. Rather, it should be used for upwards to 10-12 weeks as a 'cutting cycle'. After you reach your desired level of body-fat- I'd recommend switching over to a 'Isocaloric Diet' for maintenance.
