can anyone give me carbcount for chalet sauce? HELP!

hi debbie, I love Swiss Chalet chicken. You can find lists of fast food counts at CyberDiet.com ... http://www.cyberdiet.com/modules/ew/ffq/ ... and they include Canadian restaurants.. :)

Anyway, the chalet sauce for 100 ml, which is the standard serving, is 4 carbs. Not bad, and the chicken itself is zero.

This is actually a handy site, you can choose which nutrients you want displayed, as well as narrow your search to just sauces, if you wish.

thanks doreen, i did. actually i dipped my chicken into renee's caesar dressing. mmmmm! sorry about my clipped request. i was holding my fussy 3 month old grand daughter, elena, while my daughter ate her dinner.
