Hi! Is Splenda okay to use as a sweetener? I've noticed that it doesn't contain any carbs, but I wonder if there are hidden carbs. Also, is Stevia a good sweetener to use?

Splenda does have carbs,...at least the powder form...I don't think the liquid form has carbs...but then I don't think you can buy the liquid form...I don't remember how many carbs are in it...I can't eat it...And I personally don't like the after taste of stevia..but some don't mind it.

Thanks for the info - I will be doing some reading on Splenda.
