i am 23, about 6 foot 2 , and i do not kno what my weight should be.

right now, i weigh between 190-195.

also, how do i measure my body fat ? i have seen these scales for like 70 $ that supposedly track both weight, and body fat. has anyone ever tried that ? i wonder if it really works ...

i haven't had a lot of time lately, to really get into this. i want to try that FITDAY thing , but i don't kno if i'll be able to commit to it. i wish there was more healthy foods that didn't take time to make. meat takes forever. samwiches of course are off limits , even though they are the most convenient. o well, any suggestions ?

input would be nice, and mad appreciated: thanks.

Some suggestions for snacks...Most of these can be made in advance...then they are an easy to just grab snack.

Chicken wings with blue cheese dip
Cheese and celery
pork rinds
hard boiled eggs
can of tuna or salmon with lots a mayo
sardines
deep fried chicken gizzards..yum...one of my favs...altho I know lots of people don't like them...my kids get grossed out!..lol
BLT salad with cheese and ranch dressing

Hope these help you.

I don't know about the body fat scales, but I have heard they are not very reliable.
