Im on Atkins training 5 days , really heavy and intense. I want to loose weight period and I dont care bout loosing some size. What I dont want is to loose to much muscle tissue that will slow my metabolism and loose my symetry. I ve lost my apetite due to my ketosis status Im eating every 4 or 5 hours. I ve heard that because the cortisol we all here produce due to ketosis, muscle tissue is safe. I will switch to carbing up for one day maybe later on when I ve lost enough weight ,at least 6 more pounds. So can I be out of carbs until 6 more pounds and my muscle tissue still there at least most of it? Should I sneak some protein suplement between meals??

First, cortisol is BAD for muscles. Cortisol breaks down tissue.
The high fat nature of keto diets, and LC diets in general, will boost your hormone levels, which will tip the testosterone:cortisol ratio slightly in your favor, assuming your workouts aren't too long (less than 1 hour).
Extra protein is a good way to hedge against muscle loss, especially since you are going 4-5 hours between meals. Just be sure to factor them into your caloric intake.
