I thought I was supposed to eat mostly protein, moderate fat and very low carbs. What could I eat for meals that would be 75% fat?

Hi KBell!

It's not 75% fat, but 70-75% of your calories from fat. Fat has about 9 calories per gram and protein and carbs about 4, so you wind up eating about twice as many grams of protein as you do fat. The best way to add fat is to use butter and olive oil when you cook along with butter, mayonnaise and regular salad dressings (low carb, of course) for your veggies. HTH
