how many carbs on a small pop corn at the movies?
I hope its less than those 30 gms per day .

According to fitday.com, 1 cup of air-popped popcorn with butter added yields:

4g fat
6.9g carbs (1.35 of which are fiber)
and 1.11g protein

Don't know how many cups were in your small, but at least you have a reference point.

Also, remember that those 30g of carbs should be spread out over the day and not consumed in one "meal". Otherwise you risk being bumped out of ketosis.

What movie did you see,and was it good? :cool: The movie, not the popcorn ... LOL

i did the ketostick some hours after the movie and after my last meal. I hit the trace some dark pink so , I guess the popcorn did nothing .Thx trainer Dan for you response I went to see Halloween same O but entertaining.
