Hi all,

I just have to make a confession today. I usually tell my best friend when I cheat, but I just couldn't this time. I have to tell someone, so I'll tell you guys. I have to make myself accountable. Yesterday, I took my 3 year old son out for supper. He takes so long to eat. They also give a huge amount of fries in their kids meals. Okay here it goes........

I ate quite a few fries with ketchup. :(

Oh well. I'm back on track now. Today is another day! :D

Thanks for listening,
Tara

We all have days like that. The trick is to keep it at one day.......and not let it slide into weeks or months :)

It does help to confess about cheating, I believe...I even like to confess prior to cheating so that my support sypstem (this forum and my partner) are tipped off and can talk me out of it...
BTW, did you kow there is a Confessions Room? Check it out...although I hope you don't have to use it much!

Good luck!
