Hi Guys,
I just finished the depletion workout. It took 1 3/4 hours, and I'm not 100% sure I did it right. I did circuits hitting each muscle with low weight and high reps. I ended up doing 4 circuits. My strength lessened, but I was not as weakened as I thought I would be. I guess I thought I'd feel like a 7 year old girl trying to lift, by the time I was done.
I have now embarked on the carb fest. It's very scary, but I'm following the recommendations on Petrizzi--except that I'm going to do 30 hours to try to limit fat re-gain. How does that sound?
