Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and new to ckd. I was wondering if I could follow the Atkins induction menu during the week before carb up on the weekends. Also, is ckd a diet you stay on for a certain number of weeks or is it a long term thing.

Also, is ckd a diet you stay on for a certain number of weeks or is it a long term thing.

-You only stay on it for a certain number of weeks. It's usually used for 10-12 weeks to reach relatively low levels of body-fat.
