Greetings and Salutations All!

I found this site through Yahoo and thought I would mosey over and check it out! 4 friends and I are doing the Atkins diet. 3 of us are in the Induction and the other is in the Pre-Maintenance phase. I told them all about the site and hopefully they will get on and post also.
