I just got back from my 40 minute run. It was the hardest run in history--I had no energy for it at all. I'm assuming this means my muscles are depleted, yes? I never have a problem with a moderate run like this. :(
What does this indicate for tomorrow's depletion workout? I know you all would just be guessing, but I'd like to have some idea of what to expect.
I've pretty much figured what I'm going to eat for the carb-up and boy am I looking forward to it!
Is everyone else exhausted by Thursday?

-Thursday's on a 'CKD' are usually the worst. You're just experiencing the typical side-effects of going without carbohydrates for an elongated period of time.

-Prediction- you will feel like shit.

-On a 'CKD'- yes.

Thanks, Zeus. That's what I thought, but I needed to make sure I was doing things right!
Really looking forward to seeing if your prediction comes true. :p
I appreciate your input.
