After starting, doing it for a week, then quiting, I gained 12 pounds of fat back.

I have been doing basically just the LC lifestyle now since Sunday this week but feel really different about it this time. I am not looking at it as a chore more of a neccesity(sp).

I want to do CKD badly but want to lose about 10-15 pounds first to not feel soooooo fat when I get a bit bloated from the carb loading phase of CKD.

I have bought creatine, designer whey with ZMAX, ripped fuel extreme and joint mobility for my jacked up shoulders.

I have a very good muscle base to start with so I should see results muscle wise very quickly. I am back to benching 295 and hip sledding 1,000 as well as Mil. pressing 150 so I feel set and ready to rock as far as the weight lifting portion goes.

Can I expect to see results without the cardio or is it a mandantory thing???

If its fat your looking to burn I would sugest you incorperate cardio into your plan. How much is an individual thing. Depends on your metabolism. You could start by adding three morning sessions, Abuot thirty minutes each. If your strength continues to go up then you could stand to add a little more. When your strength begins to decrease, thats a good sign to back off.
