Trainer Dan-
Hi! I have been making some good progress with my rehab and keeping my insulin levels down (I am on glucophage to help with this). I have been tired though and think my metabolism has plummeted. I want to add something to help and noticed that adipo is gone (used it and the like in the past during heavy training periods). I don't do well on xenadrine (tried it and its too rocky a ride for me...and my husband- poor guy!). Could you suggest what specific things you would take in place of adipo and on what schedule? And thanks for all the time you take to help people...it really shows how much you care for others.

Since Adipokinetix is nearly impossible to find now, try looking for these very close copies of it:
Tri Cuts II
Hollywood Cuts
And, as always, be careful on it especially with the glucophage.

Dan,
Thanks for the help! I ordered your book too and I look forward to getting it. I have to ask though...what did you mean by "especially with Glucophage?" My OBGYN recently put me on it (plus a low carb regimen) and all the information I received from the pharmacist was about being careful with alcohol and to watch for signs of renal acidosis (I'm not in the risk group). Are there other concerns I should know about? Also my coach always said that we needed insulin for performance (to build or something like that) and I was wondering if the Glucophage will interfere with building muscle.
