I had a party this weekend and ate some cake, brownies, pasta and bread. I feel awful. Went back to low carb today, but have no strength, a headache and feel so tired. Is this normal? Cheryl

This is very normal. I don't know the scientific explanation for it, though I'm sure there is one but it has happened to me, as well. Had a carb-out with a friend of mine (one sundae won't hurt!) - the next morning I felt like I'd been out drinking the night before. (And heavily! ) An ugly reminder of how bad those sugars are after all! :Puke:
