I would like to speak with someone as an email buddy who has IBS and also on low carb(prefereably somersizing,but any is fine). I have IBS bad, medication does not help, no matter what I eat it doesn't help. I've lost 50lbs in 2 months for it about 3 years ago it gets pretty bad, course I gained it back. Having uncontrollable IBS sux so specially on a diet I mean we can't eat much as it is! Glad to help support anyone here through email!
