Has anyone tried the Ultimate Diet referred to in Duchaine's Body Opus??

I have never tried the Ultimate Diet ... mainly because Duchaine implies that it is flawed. Also, the BO diet DOES fit nicely into my schedule, even though I hardly ever have a day off ... :cool:

I like the idea of the Rebound Training system though ... LOL ...
