Hi all :wave: I'm going to be making chicken cord on blue and I would like a low carb white sauce to dazzle over the chicken. Do any one know of any or were I could look?

Thanks I got a chance to roam around those site you had told me.YUMMY :yum: Those are easy quick recipes I'll be printing lots later today. But can you tell me when the recipes says per serving how much is that?

For the Cordon Bleu Recipe ...one serving would be one chicken breast...you will just have to go through the recipes the same way to conclude how big the serving sizes are... :)
