I usually eat 4 eggs for breakfeast then 2 hamburger paties for lunch and 2 cans of tuna for dinner.

-That's it? Are you eating the equivalent of your bodyweight x12? That should give you the number of calories you'd want to eat each day (to lose weight).

What else easy can i make?

-I don't have a lot of variety in my diet, but, I'll try to help you out. How about fully cooked sausage links or bacon? You just pop those bad-boys in the microwave and voila! Also, snack on some cheese-sticks every now and then. You might want to add flax seed oil to your diet as well (a tbsp. here and there).

-Don't get too discouraged. Just make sure that you're eating less than maintenance amount (bodyweight x15) of calories.

I only want to lose like 10 more punds!

-I don't know what 'punds' are but, good-luck with that. :daze:

I am sure others will pipe in but no wonder you are bored. I bet your body is too! Same ol', same ol' food. Yuck, yawn!

This is a great link for some great recipes:

Do you drink protien shakes? That helps. How many times a day are you eating? Are your calories up to par? Are you lifting weights?

10 pounds is not much to lose ( I wish I had that problem! I have 20-30 to go!) so maybe you need to intensify your lifting or something. Bummer about the leg.

Share with us your regimant - then we can pick it apart, oops, I mean help you:)

I am (was) doing 5 days of cardio (crosstrainier) in the am on an empty stomach for 40-50mins. And lifted 3 days a week on mon, wed, fri.

Mon: chest/ back

Wed: shoulders/arms

fri: legs

I was doing 3 exercises for each part and 3 sets of 8.

I will start everything new on Monday....Hopefully my leg will be better...my knee just hurts after cardio. Hurts for a few days whenever i bend it. If its not better I will go see the doctor.

No, I am not drinking protein shakes...I will go out and buy some mix this weekend.

Thanks.

Go ahead and tear me apart!!

Fly,

For some variety, go to Netrition.com and order some Lo-carb tortillas.

Stuff them with lunchmeats (roast beef, turkey, etc), some mayo, some cheese and you have a low-carb sandwich.

Also, if you take some good quality protein powder, chocolate flavor, and toss a scoop or two (I use 3) in a bowl, add 2 Tablespoons heavy cream, and add a little bit of water at a time while you mix it with a spoon until it gets to the consistancy of ... PUDDING!

Yes, there is such a thing as protein pudding. Parrillo.com sells some, but you can make your own, if you have a good brand of protein.

Chill that stuff in the fridge, add some whipped topping when you are ready to eat, and mmmmmmm mmmmm mmmmm ... Good stuff.

Hey FlyGuy, check out some of the recipies in the pro power book.
they are pretty simple to make. One of my favorites is chicken
breasts stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella.
Dont give up, mix it up!

Flyguy,

I had the same leg aches. I started a good magnesium/zinc/calcium supplement and they went away. Looks like your doing great. Your so close to your goal. Hang in there.
