This is quite simple -
eggs and heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper.
I used the toss away metal custard cups that you get at the store.
Crack egg into cup and add heavy whipping cream until the egg is floating, sprinkle with S&P. Stick in the oven at 350 for about 20 min. Quick and easy breakfast. Add some bacon and you have a feast.
