Anyone know of a high protein (20gr), high fiber (at least 6
grams), mono-unsaturated fat, complex carb bars on the market?

This would be the perfect bar to curb the appetite. Most
protein bars have no fiber at all.

thanks

The Mediterranean Whole Wheat Tunafish Sandwich Bar didn't
sell well. I think it needed a better name.

I agree lets get some fiber supplemented into food.. Not only
is it filling but it also curbs postprandial insulin.
Hyperinsulinemia lowers serum glucose and serum FFA so the
only two major fuels are missing.
