My chol/HDL is low, is this good or bad?

The range is 4.2 7.0 , mine was 3.6
also, my VLDL was low, range 20.0 40.0, mine was 16
and the SGPT was low, range 9.0 52.0, mine was 8.0

Can anyone interpet this for me.
