O.k., I feel guilty. Last weekend we had a fantastic low-carb potluck, orgasmic food, and wonderful company. We should've announced it, but it was a quick idea, after a coffee get-together, and one thing led to another :p
Anyway folks, don't be shy, introduce yourself, get to know other low-carbers here, join the discussion, and meet your local area low-carbers. These are great! Unlike the usual social gatherings, these are guilt-free, low-carb only dining experiences, where everyone brings their best low-carb dishes. I can't take Karen's low-carb Tiramisu out of my mind! (Karen, we don't have the recipe?!?).
I thought I over-indulged, but I got whooshed! 3 lbs, and looking forward to the next one! :)
