2 cups zucchini--shredded
2 oz cream cheese--cut into small cubes
1/4 c cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 T butter
Melt butter in a skillet and toss in shredded zucchini. Saute for 1 minute, then add in remaining ingredients. Cover and let melt and warm through. Stir well.
*I used a whole zucchihi and just cut it into strips. It came out very tasty!!
