Dear Readers, Do any of you have any suggestions for dark
circles under eyes? I geet enough slepp and I am careful about
my diet. I have been told that dehydration can cause this. Any

According to Doris Rapp M.D., this symptom can be related to
food and environmental sensitivities.

Dark circles under your eyes can also be caused by allergies
and possibly kidney problems. If you haven't had a check up
recently, I recommend getting a good overall health evaluation
by a good alternative doctor with experience in these areas.

If you eat processed food and foods with food additives in
them, start eating more whole, unadulterated foods and pay
attention to any reactions or changes in your body you notice.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to the people who
responded. However, Jimbo was very rude to Christine and she
is only offering advise. Some of us are interested to read
other peoples opinions and experiences. It makes it unpleasant
when short, sharp, rude answers like these are posted.

Dear Sir John, I am not a computer geek, so can you explain
what a flamer is? I feel really stupid not knowing. I am
wondering what Jimbo is doing on this site. He does not appear
to be interested in nutrition. Regards, Linda

A "Flamer" is a person who attacks the person rather than the
subject being discussed.

Flaming is prohibited by the rules of Usernet Newsgroups.

A flamer is someone who only throws out inflammatory
statements to get a rise out of the other posters.
Genereally the statements have nothing to do with the group
or thread topic.

Then why are you still here? By your own statement, you should
be removed from all usegroups. I've lost count of the times
I've seen you use obscenity and vulgarity to attack someone.
Must be difficult for you, living with such a limited
vocabulary.

Correct!

You are both a Flamer and a Troll.

Putting very little effort into your posts, rightly,
characterizes you as a Troll, with a very limited vocabulary.

A Troll like you and TwistedFool does little more than
grunt. :-)

Why do you assume this ? She may be a naturopath or a
homeopath. Has she indicated in some other post that she is a
Chiropractor. It would be fairly hard to sell me anything as I
have an orthodox medical family (2 doctors for brothers).
However, I am interested in nutrition as I suffered through
anorexia as a teenager and as a result of this, I try to eat
as well as possible.

There are other groups out there that deal with current
affairs and news. Perhaps you would be more suited to this
type of group as you seem to have a lot to say.

I have found that most of that dark circle is made up of
"dead" skin and that applying a little hydrogen peroxide on a
q-tip every other day solves the problem. I also apply some
dry skin care stuff to the area and do this procedure for only
for about one week a month. A simple solution that works.
