Take some spinich (tore up) with tuna/salmon, fresh pepper,cukes and a few baby carrots, toss with lemon juice, and yum a good lunch. anyone have any other good salads?? jewles

I would like to make a salad with a smoked chicken. I spent the day smoking a chicken. Now I would like to take one of the chickens I smoked to church tommorow in the form of a salad. I need some ideas for ingredients.
