I am approaching 60 and having problems with memory and
concentration.
My wife believes that Q10 can help. I maintain that Q10 can
only
slow down further deterioration, not reverse the process.
Am I right?

Possibly. It may be worth trying also phosphatidyl serine,
acetyl-L-carnitine with alpha-lipoic acid, pregnenolone,
piracetam and vinpocetine, supplemented with antioxidants such
as vitamins C and E and selenium, and include fatty fish (or
fish oil) into diet. And don't forget outdoors excercise.
