Are Rice, Bran, Rye okay on Candida diet? I've checked the
Candida FAQ but it doesn't say.

Only if eaten in the correct 40:30:30 proportions.

Keep up the good questions!

I don't know if this quite applies to your question but my
acupuncturist put me on a version of a candida diet for
extreme brain fog I have been plagued with for about a year. I
cut out all grains except for millet, quinoa, amaranth, and
buckwheat (unroasted) and yes, I know, buckwheat is not a true
grain. I have had GREAT success in limiting myself and leaving
out rice and rye. My brain/thinking is as clear as I can
remember it being in years, the constant up and down moods
that were awful has let way up and my digestion has really
settled down. As a side benefit I have lost about 22 pounds.

Most doctors utilizing anti-yeast diets, avoid all grain
products for the first 4 weeks.
