Today was the second week in a row that I've gone up .5 pound. I know it is not much, and I shouldn't worry overmuch. There's nothing wrong with the supplements you're taking. It could be coincidental, or it could be your body taking a bit of a break to figure out what to do with them. Fat loss is not always a steady downward trend, even if you figure that you are doing everything "right".

Some of our members are analysts by nature too, and here are some charts they've posted:

Thanks Karen, for reviewing my supplements.

I charted my weight also, and yes the general trend is downward (yeah!) but I do see a big slow down in the last 3 weeks. I suppose it is only to be expected.

I've been meaning to have someone check my supplements out, today I just got the umph to do it. :)
