Hi everyone! What a busy place this is!

I've been looking around for awhile and still am no where near checking it all out. Great web site ya'll have here.

As you can see in the margin I've been lowcarbing since Dec 1999. I started just over 180 pounds and am now maintaining a 38 pound loss. I've been maintaining it for about 18-20 months.

I'll be looking around here, glad to find yet another place to look for support. I don't intened to ever have a weight problem again!

wow everyone thanks for the warm welcome! I do hope to check in often but I will be out of town until July 7. when I get back I hope to update my page. I have met with several other lowcarber in the past month and want to share their pictures with you too. Some names you might know from other low carbboards or ng.
